This contest is for the general public<br \/>\n2. Either hand-painted or computer-generated logos are acceptable<br \/>\n3. The design should meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promoting Chinese Culture<\/li>\n<li>No more than 4 colors<\/li>\n<li>Be simple, dynamic and contemporary<\/li>\n<li>Cannot contain copyrighted materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>4.
