Qualifications for changing to upper level class including but not limited to:

1. The current/existing CCA student
2. The excellent final exam score of the last semester
3. The recommendation letter/note from the current class teacher
4. Satisfactory test results from Academic director/admission
5. The available space of the upper level class

Qualifications for changing to lower level class including but not limited to:

1. The current/existing CCA student
2. The recommendation letter/note from the current class teacher
3. The available space of the lower level class

Procedure (refer to Change of Class Review and Decision for more details ):

1. Meet the above qualifications
2. Complete the Request Form
3. Submit the request form
4. CCA will respond to you within two weeks

需要升到高年级班的学生需至少满足如下条件：

1. 现有的CCA学生
2. 上学期期末成绩优秀以上
3. 获得现任班级老师的推荐
4. 通过升班考试
5. 高年级班级有空位

需要降班到低年级的学生需要满足如下条件：

1. 现有的CCA学生
2. 获得现任班级老师的推荐
3. 低年级班级有空位

换班流程(Change of Class Review and Decision 获得详细信息 ):

1. 满足换班条件
2. 填写换班申请
3. 提交给 CCA
4. CCA 尽量在两周内给予答复
